Geographical Terms:
ordan Valley: Jordan Valley is part of the Great Rift Valley and extends along the Jordan River from Jordan to the Dead Sea.
Captured streams: Captured streams are a process where a stream "breaks" tightly to the east and prefers the deep rift over the Mediterranean Sea. The sharp downturn in the stream, happens near the seam closest to the river.
Channel (stream):  River channel is a form of geographical landscape created by the flow of water on the surface, usually on a hill.  The channel is a riverbed or a river
The river's Tributary: Tributary- a river that does not get to the sea but joins another river (Main River)
